Mr. Nash brings over 20 years of verifiable residential construction experience, having successfully built and renovated more than 100 single-family homes. His experience includes ground-up new construction, full-scale rehabilitations, structural renovations, and value-driven residential development.
Mr. Nash has demonstrated the ability to deliver projects within approved construction budgets, maintain timelines aligned with lender draw schedules, manage subcontractor performance, oversee site safety, and coordinate inspections through certificate of occupancy.
